Terms and Conditions

Overview and eligibility:

Referral bonuses are provided to existing customers who introduce new customers who subsequently take one or more service for a minimum of 3 billed months.

To qualify, existing customers should provide Bongo IT with a company name, contact and personal email address as a minimum.

Referral Bonus structure:

Referral bonuses take one of the following 3 structures:

  1. Existing contracted IT support customers will receive an extra month of IT support at the end of their 12-month contract without the need for renewal. An extra month will be added for each eligible introduction from month 13 onwards up to a maximum of an additional 12 months.
  2. Non-existing IT support customers will have the option to start an IT support contract and will receive 2 months free at the start of the contract. An extra month will then be added for each subsequent eligible introduction from month 13 onwards up to a maximum of an additional 12 months.
  3. Non-existing IT support customers who elect not to take the option to start an IT support contract and will receive their next 1 hour ad hoc support free of charge. An extra hour will then be added for each subsequent eligible introduction up to a maximum of an additional 12 hours.

All referral bonuses will be applied in the month following 3 consecutive billed months for the new introduced customer.

Existing customers qualifying for more than the additional 12 bonuses will be considered for a bespoke introducer agreement.

Bongo IT reserve the right to withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Bongo IT will be final.
